Can I cancel individual SAT Subject Test scores from the same test day?

The short answer is “no.”

Generally speaking, individual Subject Test Scores can only be cancelled in the event of equipment failure. As a result, students looking to cancel scores for any other reason must cancel all scores for a given test day.

Cancelling scores after test day:

Don’t forget! You may cancel your scores after test day, but you only have until the Thursday after to do so!
